To work on the accounts of all business transactions under a senior accountant or accounts manager. Posting and processing the journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Analysing the balance sheets and updating financial statements. Auditing and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable. Assist in the calculation of payroll taxes. Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements. Preparation of monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit & loss statements and balance sheets. To maintain and compile the financial reports and statements in compliance with govt regulations and requirements. Proficient in Tally, GST and TDS. Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practises. Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills. Ability to keep the documents well organized. Advanced competency in MS Office and Accounting software packages.
