Required to provide administrative support and assist in various HR functions such as coordinating interviews, collecting required documents, and managing applicant records. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees. As part of the HR team, you will be required to report to the HR manager. Required to develop a healthy work environment by maintaining a positive and open line of communication with employees. You will be offered support from the HR manager to enhance your HR skills.
